Lucas Honda is a privately owned dealership with a professional, friendly and polished staff. Never wait long to be engaged and helped, they even provide loaner cars if your car is going to be in maintenance most of the day. Basically a well greased machine!

Only dealership I trust. I travel 2hrs from Georgia to come to Lucas Honda. Mr. Scott is the best service advisor. I have been coming to this dealership for 18+ years. When I can’t make it to FL and settle for another dealership close by they always suck and have the worst customer service. Lucas Honda values their customers and provides the best service. The kids area is also always full of toys and has so much to keep kids occupied.

Service Department - Scheduled Maintenance and a sliding door with intermittent issues. Called, scheduled a date and time convenient for me. Arrived early, Anna got me signed in. While waiting, technician (I'm sorry, I forget his name, but Anna knows him) came into the waiting area and asked detailed questions about the door issue = excellent! A short wait, the technician returned, explained in detail what he found and what he did not find, and what he did as a preventative measure = Outstanding!!! Super visit from beginning to end. I recommend Lucas Platinum to everyone.

Outstanding service. Brought my Ridgeline in for oil change/service. Service advisor (Kerry Smallwood) was professional and easy to work with. He had to order a part for a recall and told me exactly when he could have it installed. He contacted me a few days later (when he said he would) and scheduled me right away. Came in and had it installed as promised. Thoroughly pleased with this service.
In for routine service and the technetium found a starter button problem, replaced and done promptly. Steve kept me informed throughout.

Overall I'm good with this place and everything was ok. Nothing more than expected from a dealership service department. Nothing bad to say. Maybe not be so busy or seem to be so busy all the time. I also would have been nice to know up front that I was done with my warranty and the oil change would not be free.

Do NOT go to Lucas for service! I waited two to check tire pressure. My service agent disappeared. I got no updates. I walked over to my car and drove away. The other service agent didn’t even notice. Never did get my tire pressure checked.
Have purchased three vehicles from Lucas Honda. Two have never been serviced anywhere else. Other was for son who does not live here. Service Dept top notch. Steve sets a very high standard of customer care. If we ever buy another vehicle it will be from Lucas Honda. I highly recommend the dealership for purchase and on-going service.
Friendly, courteous, and helpful service writers. No matter whom I get as a service writer I always get a complete explanation of what is to be done and how long it should take. They always go over my cars condition when it is finished and ready to pick up. We really love our '19 Accord and we are very glad we purchased the platinum+ service plan when we purchased our Honda.

The overall experience was very good. I would recommend this service department. The labor rate is high but the only consolation is other dealerships seem to be as high.

Love the service department here! They do what you ask them to do and are very transparent in their pricing and explanation. I’ve been to other service departments that nickel and dime you and try to upsell, but this place definitely puts the customer first. I can't do it in 15 words, I can't do it in 15,000 words, but here it goes: I own a 2005 Honda S2000 with 220,000 miles. I have only ever had my car serviced at Lucas Honda of Jacksonville. At this point, that is 19 years worth of service...convertible tops, brakes, oil changes, tires, mysterious noises and weird vibrations....on and on.

Always a great experience ay Lucas Honda Service Department. Easy to make an appointment and the service advisors are courteous and never try to pressure you into adding more repairs. If they discover an incipient failure during service, they advise you of the cost and whether it must be done now or if it can be accomplished later. I wouldn't take my Honda Odessey any place else for service.
